Authentic Ancient Roman Child's Ring - Gold - 3rd. Century A.D..

This is an authentic Roman ring made of gold.

This ring has been dated to around the third century A.D. thus making it around 1700 years old!

It shows a pair of clasped hands engraved into the bezel.

It is in very good, unrestored condition and was unearthed at a dig site in the Balkan, Eastern Europe, an area where the Romans often went to war to subdue the East Celts.

Holding this artefact in one's hands, one can almost feel the power and might of the Roman Empire!

Everybody can go to the shopping mall and simply pick a new piece of jewelry out of enormous stocks of freshly made items but how many of you have ever given (or gotten!) a present to a near or dear one with such history embedded into it, such character, the patina of 1700 years battling the elements and so unique that there is truely only ONE of it in the world?

Just imagine that 1700 years ago 2 Roman parents had this ring commissioned for their child... and... just try to imagine how this ring will look on the finger of a modern day child...

The ring weighs 1.16 grams and has a diameter of some 11 mm.

We qualify this ring as in original, unrestored condition.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is NOT a copy of any kind. This is an authentic 1700 year old piece!

Only 1 available of course.
